GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO) – A Grand Forks man is in jail after a woman says he forced his way into her apartment and tried to sexually assault her late Wednesday night.
The man and woman are neighbors in the 4100 block of Gateway Drive.
The woman says Andrew Ebertowski grabbed her, told her he wanted to sleep with her, and forced her against a kitchen counter. Grand Forks Police say the woman broke free from Erbertowski and ran to a friend’s apartment where she called 911.
Officers arrested Erbertowski in the woman’s apartment. He is facing charges of burglary, terrorizing, felonious restraint, and attempted sexual assault.
