MINNEAPOLIS (KFGO) – A central Minnesota man will spend 15 years in federal prison for producing child pornography.
Jeffrey Adkins, 43, admitted to repeatedly engaging in sexual acts with a minor and once produced a five-minute video of the abuse. Adkins, of Pequot Lakes, pleaded guilty in May.
The FBI conducted the investigation.
