These lettuce recalls are scary. Many of us try to eat healthy, with lettuce often-times our lunch or dinner go-to. I believe this is the third
lettuce recall
in the past month. I haven’t stopped eating lettuce, but I haven’t eaten anywhere near as much as I normally would. I sure hope they figure this out. I’m not sure if it’s possible but it sure would be nice producers or those who package the lettuce could figure something out so we don’t have to wonder or worry about whether that lettuce we’re buying is safe from E. Coli, Salmonella or other pathogens.
