DETROIT LAKES, Minn. (KFGO) – The Minnesota Department of Transportation and the Minnesota State Patrol have reopened all state and federal highways in west-central Minnesota. The last highway to reopen was I-94 between Moorhead and Fergus Falls. That section of freeway was reported shortly before 4:30 p.m. Friday.
Roads are partially snow and ice-covered. Motorists are advised to reduce speed and drive according to conditions.
