GRAND FORKS, N.D. (UND Athletics)– University of North Dakota head football coach Bubba Schweigert announced the addition of two prospective student-athletes that have signed their National Letters of Intent (NLI) on Wednesday to round out the upcoming recruiting class for the 2020-21 season.
The duo join the 16 future Fighting Hawks who committed to the program in December of 2020 and will all come to campus for the fall portion of the 2021 season.

Clayton Bishop | DB | 6-0 | 187 | Kenosha, Wis. | Indian Trail HS
Played three sports at Indian Trail High School … Served as a four-year starter on the football field … Earned three straight all-conference nods … Named to the all-area team in two seasons … Finished third in the 4×200 relay at the Wisconsin state track tournament … Collected 12 varsity letters over his career … Named to the National Honor Society on three occasions.
Simon Romfo | QB | 5-10 | 175 | Calvin, N.D. | Langdon Area HS
Started at quarterback for three seasons at Langdon Area HS and finished with a 37-0 record … Won three straight state titles … Earned four all-conference nods and a trio of all-state honors … Amassed over 7,700 passing yards and 100 TDs … Ran for another 3,100 yards and 47 scores … Named the Class A Senior Athlete of the Year … Three-time MidcoSN Class A Player of the Year … Member of the National Honor Society.
