BARNEY, N.D. (KFGO) – The Highway Patrol has released the name of a man who died in a single-vehicle crash in southeast North Dakota Sunday night.
Troopers say 29-year-old Sawyer Richardson of Sheldon was driving on Richland County Road 3 north of Barney when his pickup left the road, went into the ditch, and rolled. Richardson was wearing a seatbelt, but was partially ejected from the pickup.
Richardson died at the scene.
The Highway Patrol, Sheriff’s Office, Barney Fire, Wyndmere Fire, Wyndmere Ambulance, and CHI Ambulance responded.
