APPLE VALLEY, Minn. – The St. Cloud Police Department says Officer Ryan Ebert died from injuries sustained in a crash last Monday night in Apple Valley.
Ebert, 44, was off duty when his pickup collided with a transit bus and struck a cable barrier. He was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center with life-threatening injuries and died Saturday morning.
Chief Jeff Oxton says Ebert’s 18 years of service will be remembered, and his final act of organ donation reflects his lifelong commitment to helping others.
