COUNCIL GROVE, KS – A Fergus Falls woman is one of three Minnesotans who were killed in a crash in Kansas over the Memorial Day weekend.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says 69-year-old Ann Porter of Fergus Falls, 33-year-old Troy Sabean of Roseville, and 33-year-old Emma Porter of Roseville were killed. They were in an SUV that was struck by a pickup driven by a Kansas man who was in the middle of a road and collided head-on with the SUV.
Other passengers in the SUV, 68-year-old Paul M. Porter and 64-year-old Kathleen Lebarron of Edina, are hospitalized with serious injuries. The truck driver and his wife were also seriously hurt.
