In Loving Memory of Felipe Tamez Jr., age 48, of Dilworth, Minnesota, passed away peacefully at his home in Dilworth, Minnesota, surrounded by his loving family.
Felipe was a beloved son, brother, uncle, great-uncle, grandson, and friend. He will be remembered for the love he shared with his family and for the memories he created with those who knew and loved him. Felipe enjoyed playing GTA, popping fireworks, playing with Hot Wheels, and listening to music. He also loved family cookouts and enjoyed burgers, hot dogs, and pizza. He especially loved watching the movies Grease and The Wizard of Oz. These simple joys brought him happiness and created many special memories with his loved ones.
Felipe is survived by his parents, Sofia Tamez and Felipe Tamez Sr.; his siblings, Lydia Tamez, Juan Carlos Tamez, Maria Teresa Tamez, Fernando Tamez, Julio Tamez, and Rigoberto Tamez; his 26 nieces and nephews; and his 17 great-nieces and great-nephews and many many beloved cousins. He is also survived by his 9 uncles and 4 aunts, who held a special place in his life, and his beloved grandmother, Olivia M. Garza.
Felipe will be deeply missed by his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will live on through the many lives he touched, the love he shared, and the special moments he enjoyed with his family and friends. May he rest peacefully and forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him. Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever remembered.
