WAHPETON, N.D. (KFGO) – A Wahpeton 911 call saying a girl had been shot turns out to be swatting.
Officers responded to the 200 block of 4th Ave. N. around 5:45 PM on Monday, September 21.
The caller said he still had the gun, “officers better know how to shoot” and he wasn’t coming out of the home.
A girl came out and said she was the only person inside.
The Southern Valley Special Response Team confirmed that after searching the house.
