GRAND FORKS COUNTY, N.D. (KFGO) – A driver is arrested on DUI and test refusal charges after troopers say they were driving the wrong way on Interstate 29 with a beer bottle wedged behind the brake pedal.
Troopers were called north of Grand Forks around midnight on Thursday, September 10 finding a vehicle in the median. They say they saw open containers inside.
The Highway Patrol hasn’t named the driver.
Troopers thank 911 callers for helping them respond quickly.
