FARGO (KFGO-KVRR) – A Downtown Fargo coffee shop has closed.
Customers noticed yesterday that Young Blood Coffee Co. Was without equipment, employees or signage.
The business has also taken down its social media pages.
According to the North Dakota Secretary of State, Young Blood coffee, LLC. had trouble staying in good standing with the state, with the company getting warning letters from the state for failing to issue an annual report.

Young Blood Coffee first opened in 2016.
