Scotch and Tanya Anderson
MOORHEAD (KFGO) – A longtime friend of a Moorhead couple who lost their home and all their belongings in a fire this week has launched a GoFundMe account on their behalf.
Noel and Tanya Anderson’s home caught fire Monday morning.
Joe Stadstad organized the fundraiser saying he’s watched the Anderson’s build a life centered around family, hard work and helping others. He says the couple is facing the challenge of rebuilding after losing so much. Immediate needs include temporary housing, clothing, essentials and unexpected expenses.
Noel Anderson, who goes by “Scotch,” is part of the morning team on Froggy 99.9. He’s also an accomplished sketch-artist who had an extensive collection of musical instruments and memorabilia.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the State Fire Marshal’s Office.
