SARTELL, Minn. (KFGO/CBS MINNESOTA) – A woman being held against her will was rescued in Sartell, Minnesota Friday. Police say the woman was visiting an ex-boyfriend but when she tried to leave the 45-year-old man’s home he assaulted the woman and threatened to shoot her.
Officers encountered the man and woman in the home and the woman was able to run to safety while the man retreated into the home and tried to flee by jumping out a third story window. He suffered minor injuries and was later arrested.
