WEST FARGO (KFGO) – A 19-year-old vulnerable man is safe after he was missing from a residential treatment facility in West Fargo.
A message from Cass Clay Alerts was sent to people near Hope Haven at 921 10th Avenue W. around 1:10 a.m. Wednesday. It said Zuya Armstrong, who has mental disabilities that impair his ability to speak, had been missing since 10 p.m. Tuesday.
The alert was canceled about three hours later after Armstrong was found safe.
Earlier this month, a Silver Alert was issued for Armstrong after he was missing from the same facility.
