Vehicle rollover on I-29 near County Road 20 on Jan. 21, 2026.
FARGO (KFGO) – Light snow is causing some problems on area roads Wednesday morning. A vehicle rolled on Interstate-29, causing a traffic back-up.
The vehicle was going southbound on I-29 and ended up on its roof in the west ditch just south of the County Road 20 exit, north of Fargo.
Interstate speeds have been about 40 miles per hour in and around the Fargo-Moorhead metro area as people are being cautious of the slippery conditions.
KFGO has received multiple reports of cars sliding off the roadways.
Roads in town are also slick, especially at intersections and on the on and off-ramps. A crash was reported at 45th Street and 40th Avenue South in Fargo around 8 AM, which was causing traffic delays.
