DICKINSON, N.D. (KFGO) – A North Dakota Highway Patrol SUV was damaged when a driver ran into the back of the vehicle in Dickinson Friday morning.
The patrol says a trooper was assisting Dickinson police when the low speed collision took place. The rear bumper of the driver’s side of the patrol-vehicle was hit. The trooper and his K9 partner were not hurt. The other driver had an expired driver’s license and no liability insurance. He said his eyesight is poor and he should not have been driving.
The patrol says the crash is a reminder to stay alert and watch for emergency lights in reduced visibility.
