GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO) – Grand Forks Police have released the name of a man found dead Wednesday afternoon.
A passerby found 34-year-old Brandon Ruth unresponsive near the Red River shortly after 2 p.m. Ruth was dead when first responders arrived.
Police say there was no obvious sign of trauma or cause of death.
A medical examiner will determine Ruth’s cause of death.
