FARGO (KFGO) – The Fargo Police Department says a 16-year-old girl who ran away from home in late September has been found in Aberdeen, South Dakota.
Damiana Guzman was found Wednesday after a multi-state search by officers with Fargo Police, the U.S. Marshals Service, and other agencies. Fargo police say officers conducted numerous interviews, executed search warrants, and looked through phones and social media accounts.
The investigation is ongoing and investigators are working to determine whether charges are possible against those involved.
