NEW YORK MILLS, Minn. (KFGO) – Two people were taken to the hospital after a crash between a semi and a car in Otter Tail County.
The Minnesota State Patrol says the crash happened on Monday morning around 7:15 at the intersection of Highway 10 and Centennial Drive in New York Mills.
A semi was going east on Highway 10 and a car was on Centennial Drive when they collided in the intersection.
The airbags in the car deployed upon impact. 21-year-old Aidyn Baune and 10-year-old Jasper Perala, both of New York Mills, were taken to Perham Hospital for non life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the semi, 22-year-old John Honer of Dent, was not hurt.
