GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO) – A Grand Forks man is charged with terrorizing after threatening to rape two girls.
Grand Forks Police were called to South 5th Street in the downtown area around 11:45 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 16.
Two juvenile girls say they were walking to a vehicle when Anthony Dombovy said he was going to rape them. The girls told officers they feared for their safety.
Dombovy was arrested for two counts of terrorizing (child victim) and booked into the Grand Forks County Correctional Center. He has since posted bond, but no contact orders have been issued.
