FARGO (KFGO KVRR) – A Hawley, Minnesota man accused of running over and killing a bicyclist in downtown Fargo in March has entered a not guilty plea to a felony charge of duty in accident involving death.
Jeremy Jorgenson, 43, gave up his right to a preliminary hearing and entered the plea without appearing in Cass County District Court.
