Isiah Simms
BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO) – A Bismarck man will spend 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to multiple counts of gross sexual imposition of a victim under 15 years old.
Bismarck Police officers found Isiah Simms walking with a 10-year-old girl on the grounds of the state capitol in August of last year. The girl’s family called police after she reported through Snapchat that she was being sexually assaulted by simms.
Simms pleaded guilty to four AA felony counts.
The judge sentenced Simms to life in prison with all but 25 years suspended.
