Luis Ralios-Larias (Otter Tail Co. Jail)
FERGUS FALLS, Minn. (KFGO KBRF) – A Pelican Rapids man has been charged with a assault with a dangerous weapon for stabbing another man in Pelican Rapids last Sunday afternoon.
The Otter Tail County Attorney’s Office says 19-year-old Luis Ralios-Rarios jumped the victim behind Pelican Valley Living Center.
The victim and another man were found in a nearby park. The victim had been stabbed in the back and also had a large wound to his head.
