Grand Forks, ND – Today, representatives from Agristo, a Belgium based potato company, met with Mayor Brandon Bochenski and other City Staff to officially sign their development agreement with the City.
With this agreement, Agristo is expected to break ground on their first North American facility on the north side of Grand Forks later this year.
Agristo was founded in 1983 by childhood friends Antoon Wallays and Luc Raes. Their headquarters are in Weilsbeke, Belgium with the founders’ children Filip Wallays and Hannelore Raes as co-CEOs. They have 6 branches around the world in Belgium, The Netherlands, France and India.
