EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (WCCO/KFGO) – A mother and her four children are recovering after a hit and run incident in the Twin Cities suburb of Eden Prairie Thursday night.
The family was crossing a street in the crosswalk when a vehicle struck the mother and her two children who were being pulled in a wagon behind her.
One of the children is in critical condition. The mother and her three other children sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
“The children on foot were not physically injured but are understandably traumatized by the incident,” says Investigation Sergeant Bryan Dean. “Our hearts are with the family during what is a very difficult time.”
Investigators are offering a reward for any information that leads to the driver’s arrest.
