FARGO (KFGO) — Fargo Police have made an arrest in a downtown assault that happened August 3rd.
Tabias Walker is one of two people wanted for an assault in the 300 block of Broadway. He was arrested in Moorhead Sunday night and is in the Clay County Jail.
The victim remains hospitalized with critical injuries.
Police said Monday the second unidentified person who was considered a suspect is no longer wanted or considered a suspect.
It happened while Fargo Police and officers from other agencies were investigating a deadly shooting outside a bar in the 50 block of Broadway.
Tyrque Jones of Fargo is still sought in the shooting death of 19-year-old Azeem Holmes. He’s wanted for murder. The FBI is is assisting with that investigation.
