CANDO, N.D. (KFGO/KVRR) – A man is in jail after a domestic incident Wednesday afternoon in Cando.
The Towner County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to a house where Isaiah Lacey, 25, had a gun in a house with another adult and two kids. The deputies secured the area and Lacey eventually came out without the weapon.
Investigators found the gun and learned that it had been fired inside the home.
Lacey faces charges of discharge of a weapon within a city, domestic violence, reckless endangerment, and felon in possession of a firearm.
