MARSHALL CO., Minn. (KFGO/KVRR) — A 79-year-old woman from Karlstad, Minnesota is dead after a crash with a semi on Highway 59 in northwest Minnesota Thursday afternoon.
The crash happened just northwest of Newfolden.
The Minnesota State Patrol says Corienne Jacobson was driving south when she collided with the northbound semi. She was killed in the crash.
The semi driver, 64-year-old Robert Benson of Mahnomen, was not hurt.
