WEST FARGO (KFGO) – West Fargo Police say one man has been arrested after reports of a threat at a Casey’s General Store.
The department says officers were called to the store at 901 Main Avenue E. at 1:41 p.m. The officers determined the threat was a hoax. 35-year-old Christopher Moran was arrested Monday for two counts of felony terrorizing.
In February, Moran was arrested in Bismarck for stabbing his then-fiancé. He plead guilty in November.
