BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO) – A Bismarck man who was in jail for domestic assault is accused of severely beating his girlfriend and a neighbor just four hours after posting bond.
According to Bismarck Police, officers were called to a domestic disturbance that spilled outside Thursday night.
Jeremy Krueger-Grinnell, 33, is accused of strangling his girlfriend to the point of unconsciousness and threatening to kill her.
When two children told neighbors about the assault, they tried to break it up. Witnesses say Krueger-Grinnell body slammed a man on his head in the street and then continued hitting him on the head. That man was taken to the hospital where he is in critical condition.
Officers say Krueger-Grinnell fought with them as they tried to put him in a squad car.
Krueger-Grinnell was arrested for attempted murder, aggravated assault, assaulting a police officer, and other charges.
