WARROAD, Minn. (KFGO) – One man is dead and a man and boy suffered non-life-threatening injuries when two trucks crashed in northern Minnesota Tuesday around 6 p.m.
The crash happened about 10 miles southwest of Warroad.
According to the State Patrol, a semi was eastbound on County Road 12, and a straight truck was heading south on 530th Avenue when the trucks collided in the intersection.
The driver of the straight truck, 59-year-old Richard Hasbrouck of Warroad, died at the scene. The 39-year-old man and 11-year-old boy in the semi-truck were taken to Lifecare Medical Center in Roseau.
The State Patrol says all three were wearing seatbelts and alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
