UPDATE:
Fargo Police responded to a single-vehicle crash around 4:45 Friday morning in the 2000 block of Main Avenue.
The car was traveling westbound when the driver fell asleep at the wheel and collided with a pole. The driver didn’t report any injuries and refused medical treatment.
The car was heavily damaged. No citations were issued.

FARGO (KFGO) – A one-vehicle crash happened shortly before 5 early Friday morning in the 2000 of Main Avenue in Fargo. A car was heavily damaged. The front end was completely smashed. It was sitting in a parking lot near Used-A-Bit Auto on the north side of Main Avenu
Parts from the car were scattered across the street in the parking lot of the Fargo Tire store where firefighters were clearing the debris.
An ambulance was on the scene. Police have not said if anyone was injured.
