
HORACE, N.D. (KFGO) – Four people were injured and one person faces charges following a two-vehicle head-on crash in Horace, North Dakota shortly before 11 p.m. Thursday.
The Highway Patrol says a car driven by 18-year-old McKenzie Moser, of Horace, was traveling southbound on Cass County Road 17 when she crossed into the northbound lane and collided with a car driven by a 16-year-old girl at the intersection of Cass 17 and 6th Avenue North.
The 16-year-old and two teenage girls who were passengers, one 16-year-old and a 14-year-old, all had serious injuries and were transported by ambulance to Sanford Hospital in Fargo. Sanford Life Flight took the 16-year-old passenger.
Moser was arrested on the scene and was also taken to Sanford Hospital. She is charged with DUI and DUI Refusal. She remains hospitalized for her injuries
The Highway Patrol says Moser’s vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run property crash in Fargo before the crash in Horace.
The crash remains under investigation by The North Dakota Highway Patrol and Cass County Sheriff’s Office.
