FARGO (KFGO) – A state district court judge has set bail at $1 million for a Fargo man who told officers that he killed his girlfriend and put her body in a closet.
Randall Duffy, 61, has made his first court appearance. He is charged with murder and domestic violence.
Court records show Duffy called police just before noon on Saturday and asked them to send someone. An officer found the body of 59-year-old Jody Campbell in a closet of their apartment.
Duffy said he and Campbell got into a fight the night before over a meth pipe and he choked her too long.
