FARGO (KFGO/KVRR) Two former bouncers at the Old Broadway in downtown Fargo have been sentenced for an assault outside the bar last July.
Jalal Buckner pleaded guilty to accomplice to aggravated assault. He was sentenced to year one in jail and two years of probation.
Jeremy Dalton pleaded guilty to aggravated assault while a charge of conspiracy to commit aggravated assault was dropped. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail and two years of probation.
Dalton, also known as Maddmaxx, punched Colton Nobles in the face. Nobles fell and hit his head on the concrete, knocking him out. Buckner then kicked him in the head.
Nobles filed a personal injury lawsuit against the Old Broadway last October seeking $50,000 in damages.
