LUVERNE, Minn. – A southwestern Minnesota man is now charged in a hit-and-run that left a man dead earlier this month in Rock County.
36-year-old Lucas Strassburg of Kenneth is facing one count of criminal vehicular homicide in the death of 76-year-old William Krotzer of Luverne. Deputies found Krotzer in a ditch. His car was located with a flat tire about a mile away.
Investigators discovered debris from a pickup at the scene and determined Strassburg had been driving it at the time Krotzer was struck.
