JAMESTOWN, N.D. (KFGO) – A high-risk sex offender sought by Parole and Probation and the North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation has been taken into custody and is being held in the Stutsman County Jail.
Authorities say 39-year-old Anthony Rolland’s GPS monitoring bracelet battery was dead and he couldn’t be found.
Rolland was convicted in 2003 in Morton County of gross sexual imposition involving a 13-year-old girl. He was also convicted as a juvenile of the same crime in Devils Lake where the girl was 10.
Rolland is a lifetime sex offender registrant.
