BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. – One person is dead and another is in custody after a shooting in Brooklyn Park.
Officers responded to an apartment complex around 11 pm Friday where they found a person with a gunshot wound to the chest. The victim died at the scene with the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office later identifying the man as 32-year-old Eric Herring of Brooklyn Park.
Police say they arrested a person in connection with the shooting, noting the victim and suspect allegedly were in a domestic relationship.
