Missing pet reported in North Fargo on Tuesday evening. Sparky, a pomeranian chihuahua slipped his collar and got away. Sparky went missing by Washington Elementary School in North Fargo. Sparky was last seen crossing Broadway running away from the Washington Elementary School area.
