Allina clinic shooting in Buffalo, MN
BUFFALO, Minn. – The jury has been seated for the trial of a Buffalo man charged in the deadly shooting at an Allina Health clinic last year.
Wright County prosecutors accused Gregory Ulrich, 68, of shooting five workers at the Crossroads clinic on Feb. 9, 2021, killing medical assistant Lindsay Overbay, 37.
Investigators also accused Ulrich of detonating several pipe bombs in the building.
Sixteen jurors will determine whether Ulrich is guilty of second-degree murder, attempted murder, and other charges. Opening statements are set for Monday afternoon.
