FARGO (KFGO) – A federal judge has sentenced a Fargo man to more than 11 years in prison for helping set up men who believed they were meeting prostitutes.
22-year-old Jordan Kraft is among several people convicted in the case.
Prosecutors say Kraft and 21-year-old Harleigh Haugen of Fargo worked with the others to lure the men to Fargo apartments or homes that they controlled where they were threatened, robbed, and sometimes assaulted.
They met the men through ads posted on Skip the Games. The US Attorney’s Office says Kraft, Haugen and the others did not believe that the victims would report the crimes.
