The Minnesota and North Dakota Better Business Bureau’s Bao Vang says scams are on the rise this time of year and she has some recommendations. Consumers need to do more reading, researching, and checking on both the products and the sellers before buying.
She says if the deal looks too good to be true, it probably is. The enticement of a great sales price was the top reason in the latest Bureau report of online shopping that victims purchased a product and lost money
