BEMIDJI, Minn. (KFGO) – A Bemidji man has been identified as the driver of a pickup that broke through the ice of Lake Irving in Bemidji last Sunday afternoon.
The Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office says he was 58-year-old James Wizner. Tire tracks led to the spot where Wizner’s pickup went through the ice.
The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office says the ice was unstable.
