Logan Arends
FARGO (KFGO) – A Fargo man has been arrested on charges of aggravated assault and burglary with additional charges possible following an early Friday morning shooting.
24-year-old Logan Arends is in the Cass County Jail. Police responded to 1109 2nd Ave. S shortly after 1 a.m.
They were told while en route that Arends was in an upstairs apartment and the victim was lying on the sidewalk. Arends eventually came outside and surrendered. The victim suffered life-threatening injuries.
Police say Arends and the victim know each other.
