BISMARCK, ND (KFGO) – Wednesday’s COVID-19 report from the North Dakota Department of Health shows 89 new positive tests and 2 new deaths.
The figures come out of 3,458 total tests conducted. Wednesday’s positivity rate is 2.6%, an improvement from Tuesday’s 3.6%. North Dakota now has 6,227 total cases.
A woman in her 80s from Cass County with underlying health conditions and a Burleigh County man in his 80s with no underlying health conditions are reported as the latest COVID-19 related deaths. The death total in the state is 102.
Cases requiring hospital care increased to 351 from 343 with 39 cases still hospitalized.
Total recoveries in North Dakota have increased by 130 to 5,087.
