Patrick Kirby, founder of Do Good Better Consulting, joins It Takes Two with Amy & JJ for a discussion about non-profits in the era of COVID-19.
Mr. Kirby talks about fundraising while Americans are worried about making their rent. How non-profits are having to adjust the way they engage donors without being able to host fundraisers, meet ups or easily show the work they are doing. He also puts a call to action out to those who still plan on giving or have some say in how a charitable fund is spent. NOW is the time to make those donations. The impact is double as non-profits struggle to keep programs afloat as added costs pile up and the ability to use volunteer hours dwindle.
