FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) – A Fargo man was injured in a motorcycle crash on I-29, two miles south of Fargo Saturday shortly after 5 p.m.
26-year old Robert Thiel was northbound on his motorcycle when he came upon an SUV pulling a trailer. Thiel locked up the brakes causing his cycle to go down. He fell off and slid into a ditch. The motorcycle then struck the trailer.
Thiel was transported to Sanford Medical Center. He was not wearing a helmet. His condition is not available, The driver of the SUV was not hurt.
The state patrol says Thiel is facing charges of DUI and driving under revocation.
