The realtors warn of the “HGTV effect”… always ask your real estate agent before deciding on a big home project. It might not always be worth the time and money if you are thinking of selling in the short term.
Interest Rates
One of a buyers biggest questions is: What are interest rates? And, good news, a 30 year conventional is only around 4%. And, they are not expected to move a lot.
The realtors also explain that you have a lot of options when looking at financing.
“The F word”
Flood. Flooding… the dreaded “f word”. The realtors discuss why the word isn’t as scary as you think and how they can help determine whether or not you should be concerned about a property.
