It Takes 2 was able to get Sgt Jim Kringlie on the phone to talk about anything and everything a person can operate…but still get a DUI. For example, if you are on a motorized scooter and have had a few beers – DUI. How about a paddle boat? Yep. What if you pass out on a horse…you’ll have to listen to find out!
An example of a vehicle that you COULD get a DUI while operating…regardless of having a motor or not.
